How are the items Shipped?
 We ship the product via First Class Mail, often called Air Mail/Par Avion outside the U.S. Orders before 3pm Central Time (U.S.) on a business day (M-F, non holiday) are shipped the same day, others are shipped the next business day. Some countries will charge VAT or other taxes (GSM, customs tax etc.). For customs we label the material as "Educational Charts".

How long will it take for it to arive? Can I track it?
 First class mail ussually takes 1-3 days to arrive in the U.S. and should take "3-10 days in most countries". Note that it may take longer then this depending on the country/customs. We would love to get feedback on how long it took to get to your country and what if any taxes you were charged! We do not offer tracking as we've found the mail system to be very reliable and would add cost to our product.

I have an old version of FileMaker, do the cards work for that?
Short answer: Yes. The cards show what is in each version of FileMaker 6-11. So if you are on a version older then FileMaker 11 you can see what is in your version and both earlier and later version.
